How to Use This Calculator

Grade of concrete:- It means the compressive strength of the concrete that you want in your application.

G15 (Cement : Sand : Metal) = (1: 3 : 6)
G20 (Cement : Sand : Metal) = (1: 2 : 4)
G25 (Cement : Sand : Metal) = (1: 1.5 : 3)
G30 (Cement : Sand : Metal) = (1: 1 : 2)

Required Volume:- The amount of concrete volume we need for the job. It should be entered in Cubes. (1 Cu = 100 Cu.ft = 2.83 m3)

Labour Type:- It means you can either select Labour or Subcontractor. If we select Labour, then will have to fill Skilled & Unskilled labour rate in the given boxes. In this calculator, labour requirements for 1cu of concrete (for any grade)are 1 Skilled labour and 6 Skilled labours. But if you are getting the work done by a subcontractor, simply you have to input the agreed rate for 1Cu of concrete.

Concrete mixer Rate:-The hire for the concrete mixer machine per day. in this calculator, we have assumed that the 0.333 days of the concrete mixer is required per 1cu of concrete. But if we have a concrete mixer machine or we do not pay such amount for the concrete mixer, then enter "0" in the given field)

Vibrator Rate:-The hire for vibrator per day. In this calculator, we have assumed that 1.25 days of the vibrator is required per 1cu of concrete. But if we have a vibrator or we do not pay such amount for the vibrator, then can enter "0" in the given field)

Cement/Sand/Metal:- In this fields, simply enter the market rates under each material.

OH & P :- Overheads & profit that is expected for the job. If we expect 20% of a OH & P just input only 20.

After filling all necessary field in the form, click the "Calculate" Button implemented below the form. It will show an alert stating Total cost of the concrete, Cost with OH & P, and the Rate per 1 Cu of concrete as soon as we enter the calculate button.
There is a reset button that we can reset the form and try it agin.
